What’s for dinner?  Insects, vegetables, fruit and over-the-counter bearded dragon food

Fun fact:  Bearded dragons are commonly referred to as “Beardies”

 

Breaded dragons are have grown in popularity as domestic pets over the past couple of decades.  They are very friendly, calm and relatively easy to maintain in captivity.  Adult bearded dragons can grow to up to 24 inches from head to tail and usually weigh less than two pounds.   Sydney is a party favorite because of her pleasant demeanor and willingness to be handled by children.
